Group Reservations

What are group ticket rates?

Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more with advanced reservation. Please call our office, or email us, info@sandyspringtrees.org for more information or to book a group.

Please note that group rates require advance reservations. These are filled at a first come first served basis and require a deposit to hold your timeslot.

Group reservations are confirmed by receipt of a $150 deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks in advance of the reservation.

What times are available to schedule groups?

On Weekdays (Monday - Friday): Group reservation slots are available throughout the day, with available start times between 9am-4pm. If the park is not open for General Admission on the requested date, a minimum group size of 15 will be required to 'open' up the park. (Park is generally not open for General Admission on weekdays during Spring/Fall. Please see Calendar for specific dates and times.)

Saturdays-Sundays & Peak Holidays: Due to the high volume and demand of general admission on weekends, we have a limited capacity for large group reservations on weekends. Available start times are typically either in the morning between 9-11am, or during the afternoons, after 3pm. There are a limited number of reservation slots available and these are filled on a first come first served basis. A deposit is required to hold your timeslot.

Can we have a birthday party or family reunion at The Adventure Park?

The Adventure Park would be happy to host birthday parties, family reunions and any other gathering that you think would enjoy climbing and zip lines in the trees!

Are there special rates for Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts?

Absolutely! We have tons of options for scouts, including overnight packages, with on-site camping and hiking tours. Give us a call!

Do you have Corporate or Team Building events?

The Adventure Park is great venue for a corporate outing or team building event. Climbing in the park is a fun way to interact with co-workers outside of the normal office setting. It enhances cooperation, communication, and group cohesion.

What is the group cancellation policy?

The Adventure Park is open rain or shine. If severe weather or thunderstorms prevent us from opening, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 4 weeks prior to your visit, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation before 10 days of your visit, you may get a refund. Within ten days of your reservation you are no longer eligible for a refund, but may apply your payment to a rescheduled visit. .
